Sectors
We focus primarily on the sectors of arable farming (soil, water, precision farming, climate), fruit growing (innovation in crop protection, data-driven cultivation and new varieties), soft fruit (energy, resilience, robotisation and emission reduction), tree cultivation (sustainability, soil quality and area-specific innovation) and flower bulbs (resilient cultivation systems, smart farming).
Projects
We connect research, advice, digitisation and training. Our project leaders switch between networks, grant applications, content coordination, knowledge transfer and practical application in the field. We carry out projects at an international level: we actively participate in European projects such as Horizon Europe, Interreg and EIP-Agri, on themes such as the biobased economy, digital agriculture and emission reduction. In the Netherlands, we coordinate practical projects in collaboration with provinces, ministries, water boards and growers. Examples include “Soft Fruit Towards Gas Out”, soil projects in Groningen and Limburg, and projects for chemical-free cultivation.
Why become a project manager?
Working at Team Projects & Innovations means working on impactful and varied projects that really matter, with visible results in practice. You will have plenty of scope to shape a project based on your own ideas and knowledge. Together with a driven team of colleagues, you will work on innovative solutions, build a strong (inter)national network and contribute to the agriculture of the future.
