Delphy, a leading knowledge organisation in the plant sector, is seeking a Managing Director who, as a figurehead and strategic leader, will take the organisation to the next phase of growth. In this role, you will lead the management team and provide direction to three MTs, while leveraging synergies within the PCU network.
This is what you will be doing as Managing Director
As Managing Director of Delphy Netherlands, you will be responsible for the strategic management, growth and profitability of the organisation. You will provide coaching and guidance to the three MTs (Arable Farming, Open Cultivation and Greenhouse Horticulture), translate current trends into concrete applications and ensure that Delphy strengthens its market position in a dynamic phase of integration and growth.
